When will my order ship?

If you are in the US your order will ship within 1-2 business day of your payment being received. You will be emailed a confirmation with a tracking number of your shipment. International orders may take an additional 48-72 hours to confirm payment and shipping address.

How soon will I get my shipment?

US orders will be delivered within 2-7 days. International orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery depending on customs delays. 

Can I ship my order to a different address?

Yes, for your convenience we will ship to any address you prefer. Please be sure to enter the complete shipping address when you are checking out. 

Can you declare my International order as a gift?

Sorry, per US law we can not declare a purchase as a gift. 

I am an outside of the US, do I need to pay taxes or duties?

International buyers are responsible for all import taxes fees and duties that may be collected upon delivery. We will not be able to tell you what those specific fees may be in your country so please check to make sure you are ok with the added cost before placing your order.

I received the wrong item?

Please email us and we will send you the correct item at no cost along with a prepaid return label so you can return the wrong item also at no cost. We are sorry for the mistake, with as many shipments as we send out each day sometimes we drop the ball. But no worries we will take care of you right away.

I received a defective item?

No we have shut down all our store locations as our web based business grew in order to be able to bring you even lower prices.

Can I return an item I did not like?
